Country House

A renovation of a traditional country house that adds a contemporary upper extension with dark cladding and a slatted timber balcony railing atop the original stone and masonry ground floor. Before-and-after views show the transformation from a conventional village house into a modern two-level home.

The new upper volume features a gabled roof with standing-seam metal, large windows, and a wraparound balcony. Interior shots reveal open living spaces with warm wood finishes, a functional kitchen, and views out to the surrounding rural landscape.
