Design Intent
Three matching family houses built as a residential cluster, each featuring a contemporary facade of white and dark-gray rendered volumes with flat roofs and projecting balconies. The repeated architectural language of stone-clad bases, metal railings, and large window openings creates a unified streetscape.
The houses are built in solid masonry on a hillside site with mountain views. Each stands independently on its own plot while sharing a cohesive design identity with its neighbors, and the studio followed the buildings through the stages of construction.
