A modern municipal building extension featuring a bold glass-and-steel facade with prominent glazed curtain walls that flood the interior with natural light. The design stacks transparent volumes over a solid ground-level base, creating a strong civic presence while maintaining visual openness to the street.

The structure combines dark metal framing with expansive glass panels, giving the building a contemporary institutional character. Cantilevered upper floors and recessed ground-level entries create depth and shelter, while the rhythmic grid of the facade ties the new extension to the scale and order of the surrounding urban context.
