Design Intent
A mid-rise mixed-use building with a clean, contemporary facade of white rendered surfaces and recessed balconies. The design organizes residential units above ground-floor commercial space, with a regular grid of openings and projecting balcony slabs that create a layered elevation.
Dark-framed windows and metal balcony railings contrast against the light facade, giving the building a crisp urban presence. The massing addresses the triangular plot geometry while maintaining a consistent architectural language across the corner and street-facing elevations.
