Design Intent
A four-story mixed-use building with commercial units at street level and residential floors above. The facade combines brick-toned cladding on the upper volumes with a transparent, glazed ground floor that activates the streetfront.
Balconies with metal railings punctuate the upper floors. The building's compact massing and the contrast of warm brick against dark window frames give it a defined presence within its urban block.
