Multi-storey buildings that combine street-level retail, warehouse or commercial space with apartments or offices above. The projects range from a compact four-storey corner building to a 1,200 m² block with ground-floor storefronts and an 830 m² warehouse and residential complex.

Facades are organised as regular grids of openings with recessed balconies and glazed ground floors, so the buildings read clearly at street level and sit calmly within their urban blocks.
